SENDING ART FILES FOR OUTPUT
You have three choices for sending your graphic files to Downing. You cannot e-mail your artwork to us; our system does not accept art files.

SEND BY FTP (File Transfer Protocol) 
• Click to e-mail us a request for a user name and password for your job OBTAIN YOUR PASSWORD
•  No special software is needed
• Connect to our FTP site and upload your file after you obtain your password CONNECT TO FTP SITE

USE YOUR OWN FTP SOFTWARE 
• Compress your files into one single Stuffit or Zip file
• Name the file the COMPANY NAME for which the art file is needed, ie. XYZcorp.sit
• Call us or use this link to obtain our host information and your password.
 OBTAIN HOST & PASSWORD
• After sending your files, please notify us so we don't accidentally delete your files!

SEND US A CD or DVD WITH YOUR FILES 
• Record the COMPANY NAME for which the art file is needed on the actual CD or DVD
• List the NAME of your DOWNING REP as well
